[ARCHIVED] Interim Guidance for Restaurants

The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services’ has developed interim guidance for restaurants. At this time, we do not know when North Carolina will move into Phase 2; however, restaurants will need time to prepare their physical spaces, train staff, and plan for new processes to help protect customers and their employees based on the attached interim guidance.

Once the Executive Order for Phase 2 has been issued, we may provide additional guidance for restaurants. For now, please use this document to help answer questions about reopening guidelines. Count on Me NC training was sent in a previous email. Please have staff participate in applicable training module.
