Wilkes County Offices and the Wilkes County Board of Commissioners are not responsible for clearing roads or road maintenance following inclement weather.
Road maintenance and weather-related roadway concerns are handled by the North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT). City-maintained streets are handled by the Town of Wilkesboro and the Town of North Wilkesboro.
