Recyclables as well as non-recyclable waste/bagged household garbage is accepted at the Roaring River Landfill as well as Grassy Fork, Mt. Pleasant, Millers Creek, and Mt. Carmel Convenience Centers.

All garbage may be placed in designated garbage containers. No medical, liquid, or hazardous waste accepted in any container.

ALL tires (off-rim), cardboard, aluminum and steel cans, mixed paper, residential glass, plastic bottles, oil and oil filters, antifreeze, batteries, white goods, and thermostats containing mercury are accepted FREE of charge at the Landfill and respective Convenience Centers.
